Changing leaves!

Can you tell that I like Great Falls Park? Somehow the park looks different with each season. Each season showcasing a different look at the park. As you can tell from the photos above, it's fall! Don't you just love the colors around you during fall? The reds, the browns, the yellows, every shade of those colors imaginable!


   
We came to visit the park a little late in the season as you can see, a lot of the trees are almost bare/ looks brown. Another thing different is no more paddlers in the water, I guess it's now too cold. Hee-hee! Eventhough it's late in the season, it's still beautiful there! Now I just need to make a winter and spring visit to figure out which season I like best at Great Falls Park. Hee-hee! =)

It's amazing how much space there is at the beach at the Virginia Beach Boardwalk! Most of the beaches I've been to, the sand area is not as big as this one! It's beautiful!

Those crazy paddlers!

I'm talking about those paddlers here at beautiful Great Falls Park! This is the Potomac River, right at the boundary of Maryland and Virginia. We can actually see the people on the Maryland side of the river! =) It's a beautiful park with hiking trails, but for now, turn your attention to the paddlers. Can you see a paddler on the photo above? I'm only half kidding about those crazy paddlers! Hee-hee!
