Did you guess yet what this most wonderful time of the year is? Hee-hee! These fuzzy pictures were taken at the Norfolk Botanical garden holiday light show last year! I know, Thanksgiving day isn't over yet, but it seems like right after halloween a lot of stores are now decked out for Christmas! I got carried away! Ha!

Yes, I almost forgot to answer my own question, that most wonderful time of the year I mentioned is of course, the holidays! I guess we can just put Thanksgiving and Christmas together as the holidays! (Make the season longer, right? Hee-hee!) Hope everyone has a lovely holiday season this year!

Some more fall photos

Reston, VA

It's amazing that this late in the season there's still some trees in its fall dress! I love the colors of fall!

Herndon, VA

Guess who got a little trigger happy with the fall leaves? Hee-hee! This was taken at Frying Pan Park, well, we were trying to find the trail at the park but got stumped by a very rocky creek/river. =D

The fall hayrides!

Chantilly, VA

Fall is not complete without a trip to the pumpkin patch! This is at Ticonderoga Farm where the hayride crossed a body of water! (There's some people recognizable in the photo... Give me a shout out if you'd like the photo taken down! Sorry!) Loved the slides created on the hills with some sort of plexiglass material! There's a lot of kid's play structure around the farm too aside from the usual barn animals and the numerous slides! You can also purchase produce/honey/jams/etc there.

The photos on top are from Cox Farm. If you want a good time on a hayride, you should definitely take the hayride here! What makes it a good time ride? For one, they have a lot of decor and mini shows/scenes along the hayride route that's sooo over the top it's just hilarious! Of course, they also have the giant slides on the hillsides and play structures scattered around asided from the barn animals. It's a lot of fun for kids and adults alike during fall season not so much fun for your pockets though since the admission fees to these farms add up! Hee-hee! =D
