Can't wait for spring!

With this wintry weather, I think everybody can't wait for spring! Here's some photos to remind us of spring! Some magnolias and a tulip! =)

Bluebells signify spring! Yes, the smaller pictures are not o the bluebells, but just a photo of the beginning of the bluebell trail at Bull Run park. That is one nice spring day, right?

Here's the bluebells! I love their colors! Early April is the best time to see the bluebells at Bull Run Park. The riverbanks are covered in blue! It's like they laid a carpet of green and blue when the flowers are in bloom. They actually have a trail there, called the bluebell trail that's around a mile long that offers great views of the bluebells when it's in season. Can't wait until they're in season again!

Is it spring yet?

It looks like spring is coming! Look at the sheep with it's thick woolly coat! Almost time for shearing!

Alas, winter's grip is still here. Still looking forward to spring though! (Look at the buds that has started forming on the tree branches! Hopefully it doesn't fall off/die because of the snow!) I know, this isn't from this year! Yes, it's still the middle of winter right now... Yes, the buds on the tree did survive! Just imagine all the things that will be growing when spring comes! =) Doesn't the thought of the growing season bring a smile to your face even though it's gloomy and chilly outside?

Snowy Barn

Frying Pan Park, VA

See snow at the farm, check! It's amazing right, that the farm animals are fine staying outdoors even if it is snowing! To be fair, I guess it was just a little strong flurries? hee-hee! It was still cold outside though! I love the colors here, the reds of the barn structures against the white snow and cloudy skies!
